1. Two original applications in Chinese signed by the president or manager of your enterprise( one for the foreign economic committee, another one for
Bureau of industry and commerce)
,using the letter paper of your company.
2. Two original appointment of the chief representative or representative signed by the president or manager of your enterprise, using the letter paper of your company.
3. The brief introduction of your company in Chinese( the handbook or printing of your introduction)
4. The legal practice certificate provided by the authority where the company is, and it must be the last edition and translated by the institution appointed by the Foreign Economic Committee.
